End-User License Agreement
Shard Workshop End-User License Agreement 1.0
This is the license agreement between the user and Shard Workshop (Lorenzo Bellincampi). By downloading anything or buying products from Shard Workshop, you agree to this full contract.
In this document "the software" means everything that is installed after running the setup.
I. COPYRIGHT
The software copyrighted and owned by Shard Workshop, whether full or demo version.
Shard Workshop exclusively gives you a license to use the software.
The user, directly or indirectly, shall not do any of the following:
a) sell \ rent \ deploy the software;
b) in any way exploit, especially commercially, this software;
c) Disassemble, decompile, modify, alter, etc. the software;
d) Reproduce or copy the software (except for personal backup reasons);
e) Use the software, or parts of it, to create other products.
f) Develop derivative works from the software.
II. REFUNDS
Shard Workshop provides demo versions for all of its products, both for the evaluation of product by the user and to verify the operativity of the software itself on the user's machine. Shard Workshop is therefore under no obligation to issue any refund under any circumstances.
III. LOSS OF DATA
The user is required to keep safely copies of the software or CD keys, or whatever produced by Shard Workshop. Therefore Shard workshop is not required to provide secondary copies other than that originally sold.
IV. SOFTWARE UPDATES
The user purchases any product as-is, and Shard Workshop, although will do anything to fix any bug, is not required to update their products. Despite the fact that heavy tests are made on each software Shard Workshop can not guarantee that any problem will be solved at the time of release, in addition other problems are not directly solvable by Shard Workshop.
V. Disclaimer
Shard Workshop has no responsibility in respect of damage caused by the software,included, but not limited to, physical, economic or mental damage.
Shards workshop has no responsibility if inappropriate material falls in the hands of a minor.
Shard Workshop does not have any responsibility in case of false advertising or false information about the project or the software released by Shard Workshop. The only trusted source is the official website shardworkshop.com, any other source is not considered trusted.
The contract version published on shardworkshop.com is the one to be considered reliable.
Each version of this contract may be updated without notice.

Questo è l'accordo di licenza tra l'utente e Shard Workshop (Lorenzo Bellincampi). Scaricando qualsiasi cosa o comprando prodotti di Shard Workshop, l'utente accetta questo contratto in ogni sua parte.
In questo documento per "il software" si intende tutto ciò che viene installato dopo l'esecuzione del setup.
I. COPYRIGHT
La proprietà e il copyright del materiale ottenuto da Shard Workshop, sia esso versione dimostrativa o completa, rimane di Shard Workshop.
Shard Workshop concede all'utente esclusivamente la licenza di utilizzare il software.
L'utente, direttamente o indirettamente, non deve fare alcuna delle cose seguenti:
a) Vendere\affittare\distribuire il software;
b) Sfruttare in alcun modo, in particolare commercialmente, questo software;
c) Disassemblare, decompilare, modificare, alterare ecc. il software;
d) Riprodurre o copiare il software (tranne per motivi di backup personale);
e) Utilizzare il software, o parte di esso, per creare nuovi prodotti;
f) Sviluppare lavori derivati dal software.
II. RISARCIMENTI
Shard Workshop fornisce versioni dimostrative di tutti i suoi prodotti, al fine di permettere all'utente di valutarli e di verificarne il funzionamento sui loro computer. Shard Workshop non è quindi tenuta ad emettere alcun risarcimento in alcun caso.
III. PERDITA DI DATI
L'utente è tenuto a conservare in maniera sicura le copie del software, o le relative chiavi cd, o qualunque cosa altra prodotta da Shard Workshop.
Shard Workshop non è quindi tenuta a fornire copie secondarie rispetto a quella venduta in origine.
IV. AGGIORNAMENTI SOFTWARE
L'utente acquista ogni prodotto così come è, e Shard Workshop, anche se farà di tutto per correggere i problemi, non è tenuta ad aggiornare i propri prodotti. Nonostante siano condotti pesanti test su ogni software, Shard Workshop non può garantire che ogni problema sia risolto al momento del rilascio, inoltre altri problemi non sono direttamente risolvibili da Shard Workshop.
V. DISCLAIMER
Shard Workshop non ha alcuna responsabilità nei riguardi di possibili danni causati dal software inclusi, ma non limitati a, danni fisici, economici o mentali.
Shard workshop non ha alcuna responsabilità per materiale inappropriato affidato a minori.
Shard Workshop non ha alcuna responsabilità in caso di falsa pubblicità o false informazioni sui suoi progetti o sui software. L'unica fonte ufficiale è il sito internet shardworkshop.com, ogni altra fonte non è considerabile attendibile.
La versione del contratto pubblicata su shardworkshop.com è l'unica ritenuta affidabile.
Ogni versione di questo contratto può essere aggiornata senza preavviso.
